As a SWO tenant, you will be responsible to comply and complete annual FAA mandated driver training for airside driving privileges. A 1.5% finance charge or $5.00 minimum charge will be assessed to your account balance if balance is not paid by due date. The Airport Administrative Office must have 30 day written notice of tenant termination to avoid monthly fees and finance charges. A charge of $25.00 per key will be assessed if not returned at lease termination. Occupancy taken between billing cycles will be pro-rated and added to the first full month’s rent. No hangar sub-leasing permitted. The Hangar Waiting List will be maintained by the Airport Administration Office and contact will be made starting with the earliest person on the list. If contact is not made or a response is not received within 2 business days of being notified of an opening, the next person on the list will be contacted.
